Lynne was born with a keen interest in visual arts and painting at an early age.

She grew up on Oahu and became a World Champion surfer winning the titles in 1978 & 1979, but her interest in the arts were never lost.

Her lifestyle & love of nature gives her paintings a unique perspective that reflects the beauty and power of the world.

How do I show “proof” of price?

The best way to show the proof of price is to provide us a Direct Website Link to the identical item you would want a price match. So when we click on the Website Link, it will take us directly to the competitor’s item with the proof of price. We reserve the right to verify the lower price and availability of the item during the approval of the price match.

What does “identical” item mean?

An identical item is the same brand, style, material, color, size, and etc… (It depends on the item you are price matching).

Does Aloha Outlet price match “free gift with purchase” offers?

We do NOT price match “free gift with purchase” orders.

Are shipping charges included in price match?

Yes, shipping charges are included in price match, but it depends if the competitor offers free shipping. Please see below for details:

  1. If your Aloha Outlet order received free shipping and the competitor offers free shipping, we will price match the product without considering shipping charges.
  2. If your Aloha Outlet order received free shipping and the competitor does not offer free shipping, we will include an appropriate shipping charge in the competitor’s price before price matching.
  3. For International orders, the shipping fee will be calculated depending on the weight of the package unless the competitor offers free shipping for international orders. If the competitor offers free international shipping, we will price match the product without considering shipping charges.

Exchange & Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days upon receiving the package (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).

Christmas promotional exchange period

In preparation for Christmas we are extending the return and exchange policy for anyone wanting to purchase items early. We have extended the return and exchange policy to Jan 31th 2024.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. When making an exchange, AlohaOutlet will ship your exchange items free of charge.

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. AlohaOutlet is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.

Please note that Custom-made items such as dresses, curtains, etc... cannot be returned unless item is defective. If you feel you received a defective item please contact our customer service team with your order number and they will be able to assist you further.
