How to Redeem My Points

You can get $1.00 off your next order for every 100 points spent at the 2nd step of the checkout.

Aloha Outlet Select Shop will price match if you find a lower price on an identical available product at another competitor’s online retail store, only at the time of purchase. (See full policy below for details)

How do I request a Price Match?

Please provide proof of price with the following information at the 2nd Step of the Checkout in the “Special Request” form:

*The price match approval processing time will take about 1 to 2 business days from the day of your order.

How do I show “proof” of price?

The best way to show the proof of price is to provide us a Direct Website Link to the identical item you would want a price match. So when we click on the Website Link, it will take us directly to the competitor’s item with the proof of price. We reserve the right to verify the lower price and availability of the item during the approval of the price match.

What does “identical” item mean?

An identical item is the same brand, style, material, color, size, and etc… (It depends on the item you are price matching).

Does Aloha Outlet price match “free gift with purchase” offers?

We do NOT price match “free gift with purchase” orders.

Are shipping charges included in price match?

Yes, shipping charges are included in price match, but it depends if the competitor offers free shipping. Please see below for details:
