Exchange & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us (New/Same Condition with Tag, if applicable) for an exchange or refund within 7 days upon receiving the package.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. When making an exchange, AlohaOutlet will cover the shipping costs delivered back to you.

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. AlohaOutlet is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

How to Exchange or Return

Before returning the item for exchange or return, you must contact AlohaOutlet through “My Account”:
  1. Go to My Account from here or click on “My Account” located at the top right corner of the page.
  2. Login with your e-mail and password.
  3. Click the “Detail/Inquiry” (Blue Button), According to your Order Number.
  4. At the bottom of the screen, please contact us by using the form under “Order Inquiry” with the following information:
    • Your Full Name
    • Order Number
    • The Product Name(s) and sizes of the involved item(s)
    • Reasons for the return/exchange. If it is an exchange, please provide the item name and size of the product(s) you wish to exchange to.

Additional Information on Exchanges

  • Contacting AlohaOutlet will allow the customer to be aware of the availability of the item(s) and approximate time period before the exchange process.
  • We will charge you for the additional exchanged item(s) and it will be shipped immediately if it is available. You will be refunded when the returned items are received.

Return Refund Information

Your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card within 1-2 business days upon receiving your package. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to show up on your credit card account.

How to Cancel Order/Item(s)

If your order/item(s) have NOT been Shipped, you can request for a cancel by phone or via e-mail by going through the following steps:
