If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us for an
exchange or refund within 7 days upon receiving the package (Returns must be unworn,
in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. When making an exchange,
AlohaOutlet will cover the shipping costs delivered back to you.
We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such
as USPS, UPS or FedEx. AlohaOutlet is not responsible for packages not received
if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.

- At the bottom of the screen, please contact us by using the form under “Order Inquiry”
with the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Order Number
- Returning Product Name and Size
- Reason for the return/exchange. If it is an exchange, please provide the item name
and size of the product you wish to exchange to.

Additional Information on Exchanges
- Contacting AlohaOutlet will allow the customer to be aware of the availability of
the items and approximate time period before the exchange process.
- If the exchange products are available, we will charge you for the exchange items
and the package will be shipped out as soon as possible to provide you quicker service.
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will be
applied to your credit card within 1-2 business days upon receiving your package.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional
5-10 business days for the credit to show up on your credit card account.
