[A] Only orders made online, through the website of AlohaOutlet and its participating stores, will be accepted.
[Q] Can you ship togther (or bundle) items if I purchase them from two or more stores?
[A] The shops that are part of AlohaOutlet.com are all independent companies. One items from two or more shops cannot be shipped in one package.
[Q] How do I check the status of my order?
[A] Simply go to the "Track Order" section on AlohaOutlet.com or go to the "My Order" section found on most shops.
[Q] Can I order items I saw at the store, even if it's not listed on the site?
[A] Please fill out a brief form in the "Request" section of this site. Your request will be examined and we will contact our stores (or new stores) to find and feature products that are not listed.

Payment

[Q] What types of payment are accepted?
[A] This site only uses credit card transactions. Please check with each shop for more information.
[Q] What is the cost of shipping? How is this calculated?
[A]

Most stores use shipping costs that are based from calculations of the USPS (United States Post offices) by weight or delivery time. (For USPS, the delivery charges may be lower if an item is light in weight). It will also differ depending on the delivery time you choose. Most stores offer regular, express delivery, registered mail (with insurance coverage). Please see Shipping policy section of each store for more details.

[Q] Will a Hawaii sales tax be imposed on my orders?
[A]

No, the Hawaii state tax will not be charged. If you are shipping to a Hawaii address, please contact your store for more information.

[Q] Are tariffs imposed?
[A]

Tariffs may only be imposed on international deliveries, when items go through customs. If you are ordering outside the United States, please contact your local customs office for more information.

[Q] Is it safe using my credit card on this website?
[A] The shopping on AlohaOutlet.com corresponds to SSL (Secure Socket Layer). The customer privacy is very important and is protected by using SSL Therefore, it is never seen by a third party, and is never released. Protecting the safety and individual information is very important.
[Q] Why did my credit card company charge me even if I cancelled the order?
[A] Before refunds are issued, stores will check if you have finalized your cancellation in the "Track Order" section. Sometimes your credit card may impose a fee, please check your credit card's policies as well. For the charge of your purchase(s), you will only receive a refund if you have cancelled your order in a timely manner or you have returned the item for a reason that is compliant with the store's return policy. Please read each store's return/exchange policies.

You will receive an e-mail regarding your order. Your order can also be verified through the "Track Order" section. You must login using your registered e-mail address and password.

[Q] Where do I inquire about my orders after I have bought something?
[A] Simply go to the "Track Order" section on AlohaOutlet.com or go to the "My Order" section found on most shops.
[Q] How do I cancel an order after it has been completed?
[A]

1. Please contact each shop directly through the "Track Order" section.

2. In the "Track Order" section there will be a list of your order history.

3. Please click on the order to view more details, there is a cancel button for each item. 

4. Once the cancellation has been made, the shops will immediately receive your request. Please keep track of your order's status in this section.

Delivery

[Q] What different shipping options are there for my delivery?
[A] There are different shipping options for each shop. Carefully select your shipping options when you finalize your order. The common choices provided are usually from USPS: Regular, Express Delivery, Registered and Insurance protected.
[Q] My order did not reach its destination.
[A] Please check the status of your order in the "Track Order" section. Shipping time may take a while since it is being shipped from Hawaii. Check the expected the delivery date of each store you have purchased an item from. Delays may occur frequently during the holiday season due to more shipments.
[Q] Can I request a special time/date for my delivery to arrive?
[A] No, the arrival of your order will be determined by the shipping option you have selected.
[Q] Can you send my order to an address that is not mine?
[A] Yes, you may enter another address for your item to be mailed to.

[A] Please contact the shop(s) you have ordered the item(s) from. You can do this through "My Order" or check our list of shops.
[Q] The items ordered were defective/damaged, what should I do?
[A] Please contact (via AlohaOutlet's My Order section or phone) the shops you have bought from immediately. Some shops will only accept your returns before a certain time period. We advise shoppers to read the return and exchange policy of each shop they buy from. Click here for the list of shops.
[Q] Will I have to pay for the postage of returned items?
[A] That depends on the policy of the store you have bought your item(s) from. Most stores will cover shipping costs if you return items for legitimate reasons. However, please contact the shop(s) directly (via AlohaOutlet's My Order section, Phone, etc.) to be certain.
