Exchange & Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days upon receiving the package (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).

Christmas promotional exchange period

In preparation for Christmas we are extending the return and exchange policy for anyone wanting to purchase items early. We have extended the return and exchange policy to Jan 31th 2024.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. When making an exchange, AlohaOutlet will ship your exchange items free of charge.

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. AlohaOutlet is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.

Please note that Custom-made items such as dresses, curtains, etc... cannot be returned unless item is defective. If you feel you received a defective item please contact our customer service team with your order number and they will be able to assist you further.

This is not the cushioned/quilted one so I don't think it is offering my pu'ili any more protection than the plastic sleeve I had them in before. BuT it is absolutely a step up in appearance and I like it. I don't think i realized just HOW much longer my order would take to ship by waiting for this to be made, but everything still came before Christmas and I have no complaints about the craftsmanship.

This are perfect for my uli uli! They are just as shown in the picture -I bought the red background with the yellow flowers. They fit just like they are supposed to, and are easy to remove and put on.

The case is well made and my pu'ili sticks fit in it perfectly. You were out of many of the patterns that I liked, (ie the yellow one shown in the picture at left) but was pleased with the red pattern when it arrived.
