How do I request a Price Match?

Please provide proof of price with the following information at the 2nd Step of the Checkout in the “Special Request” form:

How do I show “proof” of price?

The best way to show the proof of price is to provide us a Direct Website Link to the identical item you would want a price match. So when we click on the Website Link, it will take us directly to the competitor’s item with the proof of price. We reserve the right to verify the lower price and availability of the item during the approval of the price match.

What does “identical” item mean?

An identical item is the same brand, style, material, color, size, and etc… (It depends on the item you are price matching).

Does Aloha Outlet price match “free gift with purchase” offers?

We do NOT price match “free gift with purchase” orders.

Are shipping charges included in price match?

Yes, shipping charges are included in price match, but it depends if the competitor offers free shipping. Please see below for details:
